UNASO participates in the International Menstrual Hygiene Management Day

On Friday 28th May 2021, UNASO joined other partners to commemorate the International Menstrual Hygiene Management Day. The day was held under the theme “More action and investment in menstrual health and hygiene now”

A young person, 16 year-old Christine Nankabirwa (pictured) represented AGYW and delivered a statement in which she asked that children, adolescents and adults should be given accurate and timely information regarding menstrual hygiene and management.
